The author had access to all of the family papers. Examples of the book in collectible condition are becoming hard to find.

CONDITION: Original pale blue cloth with gilt lettering spine. The dust jacket has no chips, no tears, price-clipped flap corner, clean. The book is in fine condition with no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, clean, no foxing, tight binding. Price: $145.
