This is the 1984 paperback edition of ESSENTIAL SURFING by George Orbelian. This book was published in San Francisco by Orbelian Arts (the author) in 1984. It is the second printing of the original 1982 first edition. It has the same contents but different cover art. The book measures 215mm tall x 134mm, and has 107 pages + [2], 9 b/w photos, 20+ diagrams, glossary. Full description of surfboard design with some details on ding repair, a few surfing issues. Published by the author and not a big production.

CONDITION: Original paperback. A bit of minor soiling on covers (not bad), small pen doodle on title page and on copyright page (like a pen accidentally touched it), solid binding, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages other than the small doodle, clean pages, no creased corners, probably never seriously read since there is no spine crease. Price: $25.
