CONDITION: Original white covers with brown lettering spine. The book has been signed and dated by Tenzing on the short-title page, a very strong and big Tenzing signature. A former owner has penned his name to the corner of the FFEP along with a note indicating that he bought it in 1975 in Bhutan. It is likely that the owner travelled to Darjeeling or Nepal with the book on the same trip and had Tenzing sign it (the two dates correspond to this scenario). While Tenzing has no part in this book, the Tenzing signature in it is a very strong one pluse it is dated in Tenzing's handwriting. The book is in nice condition with some faint tanning to cover edges, clean, no foxing, tight binding, no writing or marks other than those already mentioned. The dust jacket has minor edge wear, no tears, no chips.. Price: $245.
