This is the first printing of the first edition of CLIMBER'S GUIDE TO THE COASTAL RANGES OF BRITISH COLUMBIA (International Border to Nass River) by Dick Culbert. This book was published in Canada by The Alpine Club Of Canada in 1965. The book measures 178mm tall x 126mm, and has 312 pages, 14 b/w photos (1 folding plate), sketches, in-text maps. It was issued with a separate envelope of sketch map sheets. This example is lacking the packet of maps. Most copies lack the packet of maps. The maps became obsolete after the production of good topographic maps for the range. This book is still useful for those planning climbs in the range.

CONDITION: Original blue cloth, gilt lettering front and spine. Some faint foxing-like spots on covers, some soiling on edge of title page and opposite page, no foxing, tight binding. Lacks the separate packet of sketch maps. Price: $65.
