Detailed study of the Duke’s expedition mixed with the author’s 241mm tall x 160mm, and has 774 pages, 59 b/w photos, 9 maps, EP map, bibliography, index. Thorough biography of Sir Ernest Shackleton, the famous Antarctic explorer. Author uses frequent quotes, citations, etc. that keep the reading interesting & moving. This second printing is the same as the first printing in every way except for the copyright page.

CONDITION: Original black boards & white cloth spine, silver lettering spine and front cover. Original dust jacket is in fine condition. Book is in fine condition with no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, no foxing, tight binding, clean. Price: $30.
