This is the second printing (same format, size, and contents as the first printing) of the first UK edition of BRENVA by T. Graham Brown. This book was published in 1945 by J. M. Dent & Sons in London. The book measures 22cm tall x 14cm, and has 228 pages, 73 b/w plates, 2 maps, index. This is the account of the author's three hard new routes climbed on the Brenva face of Mt. Blanc from 1926 to 1933, plus a history of climbing on the face. This is one of the more important modern Mt Blanc books, being one of the last books fully on Mont Blanc describing an author's new ascents.
